I am not associated with any insurance boards. However, if you are currently covered under a PPO plan and your insurance will allow for reimbursement for an out-of-network provider, I am able to provide you with a super-bill for reimbursement. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain this information from their insurance carrier prior to beginning therapy.
